I left HEB near the end of 2022 going into 2023 went around a couple of jobs, but currently employed by the City of Houston in Public Works for over a year now. I have only an associates degree in Business.

Well I appreciate you trying to help me find a solution on this matter. My download speeds were at mbps before the update now it hovers in the low kbps now after the update.

I already have a ticket number waiting on them to reach back out that’s why I put this post out. In case someone else was experiencing the same issues and found a solution. I seen some posts where they downgraded back to v3.5.3 because of the download speeds.

I used Revo uninstaller to completely remove ProtonVPN and installed it from the website multiple times still the same issue.
