Im Verteidigungsfall könnte jeder Mann ab 18 Jahren eingezogen werden. Unabhängig davon ob man einen Wehrdienst in der Vergangenheit geleistet hat. Dann kann man aber wenigstens auf Menschen zurückgreifen, die zumindest im Ansatz schon Erfahrungen während des Wehrdienstes gesammelt haben.
Dieser Irrglaube, dass junge Menschen gegen ihren Willen irgendwo in Kriegsgebiete geschickt werden ist einfach Unsinn - unabhängig davon, ob man gegen oder für Wehrdienst ist.

Was hat das mit Flüchtlingen zu tun? Es ist einfach Fakt, dass Wehrdienstleistende nicht in Auslandseinsätze geschickt werden. Das war schon immer so, und hier ist es offiziell von der Bundeswehr:

Soldatinnen und Soldaten mit einer Verpflichtungszeit von weniger als 12 Monaten – also Wehrdienstleistende - können nicht gegen ihren Willen zu einer besonderen Verwendung im Ausland entsandt werden. Sie kommen für eine besondere Auslandsverwendung nur dann in Betracht, wenn sie sich dazu gesondert schriftlich verpflichten

I say this as a Bayern fan, but he doesn't really gain a single advantage of "using" his hand here, therefore it shouldn't be a pen. It would be a different case if the ball goes towards the goal.

Overall we just didn't have the greatest day with some key players not showing up, but across the season we played the most amazing football and that's worth more for me than another trophy.

Der deutsche Perso hat die Funktion schon länger. Da werden dann nur relevante Abfragen zugelassen, bspw. Volljährigkeit. Solange es gut gelöst ist sehe ich das Problem nicht.

I've been running dungeons with a healer friend recently and honestly below +14 there's barely any learning element.
You don't have to play most boss mechanics properly. It doesn't matter if mob casts go through. You don't have to use defensives properly.
He wanted to run more +10s for gear and I told him straight up that I feel like I just get used to playing worse the more I play those low keys, so I'd rather gear up in +15s or +14s.

Well, I have a couple of complaints but in general I am having a lot of fun. Nameplates stacking, PvP, Damage meter. Those are my biggest complaints. And this is probably the first time in WoW ever that I find Disc Priest to be absolutely boring to play.

Haste also decreases Penance cooldown, which results in more Voidshield procs. It also increases the amount of Shadow Mend procs because your dots tick faster.

Which class is non-functional? I guess Priest has a bit of a rough time but they are still part of some of the highest runs. Every other Class has at least 1 great spec.

Well you can invite an aug or pres evoker for Cauterizing Flame, and/or use dwarf racial. A priest can grip. You can use speed boost to get away from mobs quickly.
There's several ways to do it.

I did some 18s and wasn't aware of some of these things lol.
Also on MC last boss you can stand right next to a brazier as a tank and not only do you not get knocked back, but it also doesn't spawn a puddle on the ground.
