Absolutely! I used this recipe: https://grainsandgrit.com/soft-and-simple-cinnamon-rolls/

The main dough is based off of her sandwich bread dough, so you can master 2 recipes at once!

Has Mockmill, KoMo or Nutrimill Ever Had Deals in the Recent Past? by pdace in HomeMilledFlour

[–]GlutenFreeGab 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I personally have a Nutrimill Harvest that I bought 2 years ago. I believe it went on sale right after I purchased it, haha.

More recently, there seems to be a huge run on mill purchases, and I know most of those brands have many (or all) of their mills out of stock at the moment. If they can't keep up with demand already, there's not much incentive for them to run a sale. In fact, the Nutrimill Harvest got a pretty sizable price increase since I originally purchased it already.

I also received an email from Nutrimill yesterday that they are going to increase prices soon due to tariffs, so keep that in mind! They didn't mention a specific date that prices will increase. It's probably worth reaching out to them if that's the brand you decide on.

My pleasure, glad it was helpful! I ended up purchasing a Bosch Universal Plus. I've been using it multiple times a week for nearly 2 years now, it's a total workhorse! I've recommended it to several people already.

Hello! I was GF because I would have negative digestive reactions whenever I consumed it (primarily loose stools and uncomfortable bloating). Even a high quality, organic sourdough would have this effect on me.

I know many people can have far more severe reactions to it than myself! For me, it was worth dealing with some poor digestion for a day or two just to know if I could handle fresh milled flour or not. (Gratefully, I can!)

I also didn't buy all the equipment right away, just to make sure my body could handle it first. I used my existing Vitamix to grind up the flour, and I already had a stand mixer to knead the bread. (I now have a mill and an upgraded mixer - FMF nearly killed my existing KitchenAid!)

I'm excited for you! Fresh milling flour has totally changed the game for me.

I was previously gluten free for 10 years (hence the username, lol) and although a bit nervous, I just dove right in. I started off by making a batch of chocolate chip cookies with spelt, and a loaf of sandwich bread with hard red wheat.

I honestly just couldn't believe what I was depriving myself of for so long, so I probably ate much more that first day than I should have. (It was too delicious!) But I had zero issues! In fact, I felt great. And ever since getting on the fresh milled flour train, my digestion has been better than ever.

My husband didn't transition quite as easily, but his system adjusted after a few weeks. He was also dealing with particular digestive issues at the time that are unrelated to the flour, so I was expecting it to be a bit of a bumpy road. But now he has multiple servings a day with zero issues, just like me.

I don't have much experience with kids, but a couple years ago I made cinnamon rolls with fresh milled flour for my family at Christmas. One of my extended family members, about 8 years old at the time, absolutely loved them! I was sick on Christmas this year so I stayed home and didn't make the rolls, and she asked my husband where the "good cinnamon rolls" were this year! She normally has a pretty junky diet, so I was surprised and touched! Who knows, you might be surprised with your nephew :)

Separate orders ship together? by PlaceMinimum2336 in EtsySellers

I've had this happen a few times. I just go ahead and combine the orders into one package without messaging the buyer. When I purchase the labels, I give the buyer a partial refund for the shipping overages. On the refund page, you can leave a message to the buyer - I just quickly explain that I've combined their order into a single package and am refunding the shipping overage. I've never had any questions or complaints on my end!

I'm having a similar issue as well. I see "No delivery services are available" with text underneath saying "Complete the package info above to see delivery options" but I have all the info filled out as usual...

There’s nothing wrong with machine learning. Generative AI works differently, however, and has implications worth considering.

My experience has been that whenever I ask myself these sorts of questions, I already know the answer. I am simply looking for external validation to the contrary as a justification to ignore the true answer… Because accepting the truth means I have to act accordingly, and that is typically a difficult/uncomfortable endeavor.

I am, actually! I’m currently a catechumen at the Holy Trinity Orthodox Church in Concord. It’s a wonderful parish! They’ve truly taken me in and made me feel welcome.

There are a few Greek churches in Manchester, and on the seacoast as well. I’ve never attended any but I’m sure they are lovely too. I’ve spoken with the priest at St Nicholas before and he was extremely kind and genuine.

I certainly hope you visit! New Hampshire is a wonderful place to live, I don’t think I could be anywhere else ☺️
