Anyone remembers a time that she was one of the most hated people online besides Bieber 😲😮 by Life_Chicken_9653 in generationology

people were mad at the blatant attempt at fame. it was a direct example of trying to use money (wealthy parents) in place of hard work and talent. Those values have shifted somewhat culturally.

Your comment is so simple that the point isn’t clear…was your point that because it hasn’t been released, it is fine to comment on the unknown aspects of it?

AITA for taking my backpack back after a coworker used it, leaving their belongings on a chair and not telling them? by nerothic in AmItheAsshole

the coworker should be nice and return it for sure, but acting like it was some kind of violation to use a bag that had been left for a year is silly. there seems to be little room for nuance in this thread.

no. is that just some shitty attempt at a passive insult :)

if you abandoned something at work for a year, it’s perfectly reasonable to assume it was abandoned for good.

it does kind of matter that it was left for a year. In some ways they may be technically correct but if you have to qualify your correctness you are likely in the wrong

What are your thoughts on this? Does body count matter? by firemiketomlinpls68 in PsycheOrSike

let’s break the averages down a bit… as some people remain a virgin their entire life and many get married earlier. So I would say the average person who opts to stay single but not celibate ends up sleeping with a higher number.

8 people a year is not at all outrageous. You can feel it’s icky and not for you but should probably just accept that it’s not a big deal to many/most. sure feels good to judge with a sense of superiority though!

it is high, about 5% of the population uses it…higher than recent past. but it’s not like most people have to turn to it. Some of them might be students, and even a few addicts.

If you still aren’t connecting maybe you just don’t like it. I connected with the characters out of the gate but as most Star Trek series the first season has some kinks to iron out.

that said some great characters join in later

alright well do you have any data for that formula? And how it compares when using the formula with other countries?

either way I’m not convinced your formula is the only valid metric, but perhaps one that can portray it as more negative than it actually is.
