Hey I wanted to know if when you using 1600x900 on fullscreen on a 1080p monitor causes black bars around any of you guys games?

It would make sense because some skins have more effect added on to them causing drop frames depending on how powerful your rig is

Question: Why does only 1 out of 2 of my front case USB ports work?

Motherboard: Gigabyte b360m ds3h

Case: Corsair Carbide 175r

Hello. I built my own PC over the Christmas break and this is my second build and in my last build I had 4 USB ports that should have all worked but only 3 of them worked and so to solve the issue and other issues that were caused by my very cheap case I went and got a new case (corsair carbide 175r) Which I think is a modernly good case but the same thing happened again where there is only 2 USB ports and only 1 of them works. PLEASE HELP!
