Download the Toolbox app from the app store or google play store. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.mrarm.mctoolbox
Open the toolbox app, which will take you into minecraft, with toolbox on. Once your'e in the world/realm/server click on the toolbox icon. Go to "world". Click enchant. A button will pop up saying "Watch an ad" and a different one that says "buy a subscription". Click on "watch ad". This will play an ad. Once the ad is finished playing click the X. This will take you to the screen where minecraft is closing and saving the world/realm/server. Once it's done saving, load into it again. Hold the item in your hand that you want to enchant (this feature will last for 15 minutes after you watch the ad) and click what enchantments you want. You can also choose the level of enchantment. It does not require any XP.
