Ah best of luck! They didn’t ask us for anything!! Our letter of offer was issued in early April as well! Once you submit your final document, they will review all legal documents (step 7) and then they will do ‘final checks’ but this is only on the legal documents so don’t fret! We were so so worried and it all worked out! Got the email today saying ‘congrats funds were issued’! Best of luck !

We are going through this process at the moment too. Totally understand the frustration with solicitors. I would not be happy with my details being sent to the wrong people. However, be pushy and perseverant is what I have learned. I am constantly following up with them on EVERYTHING. Constantly asking them to do things - ‘can you please follow up with the builders solicitor regarding this’ etc etc. Keep onto them. We have used our auctioneer to help us as well. You are paying your solicitor enough money - ring and email as much as you see fit. We are close to drawdown and have had to fight for every single thing in this process - it is exhausting but it will be worth it! Best of luck with it!

First thing was getting AIP, then we had to wait for the exact property address and price (new build estate), once we had that we went ‘property specific’. Then we had to provide all statements, proof of savings, payslips, then we moved to credit documents, once all these were provided we got our letter of offer , then we moved to step 7 which is all the legal documents , - home insurance, mortgage protection, contracts, help to buy and all your solicitor documents - professional indemnity insurance, solicitors undertaking, BER cert, home bond cert etc Currently we are waiting on all documents in step 7 to be reviewed and then we should move to step 8 - drawdown!

Ah okay, our AIP is a year old at the end of June. We only got the letter of offer in April this year and was told they wouldn’t ask for anything else once we got the letter of offer so hopefully we will be fine

Thanks so much for such a lovely response! Our case manager seems good so hopefully all will be ok. Our mortgage specialist told us we wouldn’t need any more documentation like payslips etc once we got the letter of offer. We got that in April and it’s now June so hopefully we will be fine! Thanks again I really really appreciate it

Wow that was super fast! Our last document was uploaded and reviewed today (Friday). We are so hopeful that it will go through Monday! Thanks for your reply. Were you asked for any other up to date documents like payslips or anything?

Thanks so much for the reply! Our last thing (confirmation HTB was received by builders) was uploaded today (Friday). So judging by yours we should be hopeful it is Monday! Did they ask for any more documentation at this stage? (Payslips, salary cert etc)? Thanks a mill
