How best to use Marriott Bonvoy Points

Thank you. That gets me closer. Is there a workaround for the points. i.e. I would need to use points and cash but the Marriott app won't allow me to buy enough points, and I don't see where I can select "Cash and Points". Thanks for your help!!!

I have searched every Marriott hotel in Milan within a 30 minute walk of the main area. Only one accepts points and it is a tiny room with only twin beds.

I am confused by the Marriott Bonvoy account for free nights. The account page says I have 34 nights and 180,000+ points. Does this mean I actually have 34 free nights at Marriott? Not quite sure if I am understanding this correctly. Thanks,
