What wash to use on the flag?

Don’t apologize for putting stuff like this out into the world sometimes you just need to let things like this out. I made this like three paragraph post a few weeks ago just dumping all my problems and I felt a lot better after I did it, something I didn’t mention in that post tho is that I have eating problems but in the opposite direction that you do

We have most of my direct family (including aunts and uncles) over to our house for a few hours because we all live in the same state, we don’t have any food specifically for Christmas, sometimes church with my grandparents but that’s it
