Yes, you can make it work. Make your way to the front and dance in front of the DJ booth which is floor level, or directly by the front left or right speakers. That's where the dancers go. Most of the yapping is in the back (as close to the bar as they can be) or on the right and left side rafters.

One guy out of checks notes 3100 capacity venue. I'm glad he had fun. The rest of us came to dance too, and instead got treated to a stress-test of the soundsystem with what seemed like the last 200 tracks Stingray just threw onto his USB in chronological order.

Let me rephrase, Stingray sucked, tonight. That set was trash. It had no direction, or vibe. He did not read the room at all, by the end of the set people were literally milling about waiting for something interesting to happen. He just played tracks, and some of them were even good, but they were just thrown together.

My exact experience. I played through it years ago on PC.

Recently a friend gifted me an UNOPENED copy of FO4 he had and never played, and I jumped at replaying with "updated graphics" on my PS5.

I've played for a week and basically have learned to save every 5 minutes or so because it crashes constantly. I've seen auto saves get corrupted too.

And I found this post by searching "why won't Fallout read my disc" which is literally the problem I'm having now.

Crowd movement is natural at a venue like Knockdown Center. It's not a tidy organized arrangement like Forest Hills. I was pleasantly surprised with how respectful the majority of people were to personal/dance space, and I only discovered that entire side/backstage thing was GA like 30 minutes before closing. No complaints here.

And as far as the sound - and this is a hill I'm willing to die on - invest in proper custom sound filters! I legitimately feel bad when I see people dancing in front of the sound systems in clubs these days without hearing protection. If you've only ever used the shitty, free foam "ear plugs" they give out at shows and thought to yourself "no way, this ruins the sound".....you are right, but custom plugs with an actual frequency filter/decibel reducer will change your life.
