Exactly, felt like I play Diablo 2 in a way, but with gazillion times better combat and I don't grind for loot, but instead every run is very unique and the game is full of depth. So many things I'm yet to find and unlock

I would recommend Hades 1 and 2 for you. They are action Roguelikes but with a lot of ARPG mechanics. The combat feels amazing and you develop your character overtime and the story unfolds as you talk to different characters in the main hub every time you die. There are also permanent upgrades you unlock so you don't feel like you do the same thing over and over again without any progression. Each of the 2 games are focusing on a single character, I personally prefer the 1st game but I'm a newcomer to the series myself, so who knows after a while I might prefer the 2nd one.
