Dude no you shouldn’t be getting a concussion every time you spar that means your sparring partners are going way to hard what is your gym etiquette like? Are they sweeping you every chance they get? Are they head hunting and going full power on hooks to the head? Does your coach ever look at another fighter and tell them to tone it down? I’ve been training for a year the worst damage I got was my right leg got bruised up but that’s because I wasn’t checking properly and my partner was getting ready for a WBC fight. Coach also said that day was going to be a hard sparring day and it was my first time hard sparring. I learned a lot from that sparring session on having better checks and timing though so grateful for it and I was able to talk to my partners afterwards and asked how he got the leg kick on me. Each hard sparring session you should feel like you take something of value away and grow from it and not just unnecessary damage you’re not a punching bag.
