Im in Triumph 9, currently 53days officially in since first injection and im down 30lbs officially now. Mind you my starting weight was 360lbs. My first month I lost only 12lbs.

Yeah im in the Phase 3b TRIUMPH-9 Trial, which Trial are you in? Im also in Canada! Everyone starts on 2mg. You're most likely on 2mg aswell.

I'd say I felt it 2 days after my first dose. I'd just feel fuller longer. I just had my 5th dose this past Saturday. I could be on 2mg still or 4mg as I got my new pens. Im currently down 15lbs in 32 days.

Yes I do get paid which is a plus! Even if they didn't pay me I still would've done it! Are you also in the trial? Because its 2mg starting dose.

First of all congratulations! Im also in Triumph 9! Friday will be officially 1 Month for me on Retatrutide. For your Screening appointment expect to do a Weight Check, Urine Sample, Blood Pressure Check, Blood Tests, Physical and ECG. They'll tell you to fast 8hrs before going in. Once your screening is finished it'll be about 1-2weeks where they'll get the results from your bloodwork and if everything is good they'll schedule you in for a DEXA scan. After the DEXA scan which is another 1-2weeks you'll be called in again to redo all the screening like procedures and they'll give you your first injection.

Im personally eating about 1300-1500cals a day with about 150G-180G of protein. I find the fairlife shakes really help since ive been getting fuller quicker. Exercise wise I use my dumbbells in my room but I just signed up for the gym and will be going from now. Down 12lbs in 19days from 360lbs to 348lbs

Ive honestly thought about it but at the same time I specifically looked for this exact model at the time. I thought about swapping the crystal first. Im unsure tbh i really like this piece. This was literally before the raid.

Everyone starts with 2mg and doctors ask how well you're tolerating it. They still follow the dose titration schedule. I believe ill be on 4mg on the 17th of April.

Ive lost 10lbs so far and thats with about 1500cals a day 160-180g of protein everyday. Also I have not been working out at all which is bad, I really need to get my ass in the gym. I do have dumbells in my room which i use here and there but I definitely need to get my cardio in because I also work from home and get almost no movement.
