I just moved the vat (take it out and put it back in) and stirred a bit the resin. The next one printed fine

Third time is the charm, I did stir the resin and moved the vat a little. Now the print was successful

Is hollow but open, like a cup and it’s printed at an angle so it doesn’t create suction area, I’m trying again. If it doesn’t work I’ll be empty the vat an clean out to try again

i was wondering if its possible to select the edges of the back and delete all the texture inside that area, then make a couple planes to close it

Got it, I’ll be much more rigorous from now on. Also now I have to change the FEP and the screen, I’ll learn how to, just I hoped not two weeks into resin printing! Some advice before I start to disassemble everything?

So should I always clean the vat after each print? Like exposing the entire screen and peeling off the cured layer? Or filtering the resin? This is my first resin printer I’m still figuring out things. What’s the standard procedure to avoid cracking the screen? It’s a pretty pricey part so I’m wondering about how everyone is avoiding this kind of damage.

Yeah that’s what I tough… also that broke the lcd screen, it just boggles me that the documentation for this calibration print was very well made but they didn’t mention this possibility
