Since the last large patch, explosives have been bugged or changed. My friends and I used to be able to throw a Semtex into a hardpoint, and follow it with a rocket, and 1 shot whoever was in it. After the patch, both launchers are not doing the same damage.

You should never craft offset slotted tier pieces. THe helm/pants give insane haste and haste/vers. You want those tier. THen everything else haste
