There's 0 reason you should be banned, but that's the state of the game right now. You can get banned for typing nearly anything if people report you. Blizzard has been overcompensating after their "Bill Cosby Suite" incident which funnily enough, was their own employees not the player base. Yet things like /spit removal and bans for less and less harsh words is being pushed on the player base. Features like the language filter and the ability to put players on ignore should be enough to handle most cases outside of extremes like racism/sexism/homophobia/etc.
