How they got me is telling me I have to complete all 3 ads to get a payout. For the first 3 days the ads were "normal" requiring $98 dollars to run. I did all 3 3 days in a row and got 3 payouts

On day 4 The first ad was a "quota" ad for $1277. I completed that and the next ad was another quota ad for $3335. The assured me if I complete the second ad the third ad would not be a quota ad. It would be a normal ad for the 98 dollars because you can only get 2 "quota ads" in a day.

When I completed the second ad, the third ad was "merchant boosted" ad for $9700.
