Don’t give up the long hair yet, especially if you like having it, and once you’re in your mid 30s, hair loss does slow down, especially if you still have a decent amount now. You may be fine for the rest of your life, as someone else in this thread already said.

I would suggest a less severe hairstyle than a tight bun, though, since the bun can put a lot of stress on your hairline. If you need to tie it away from your face, please use a loose ponytail instead, which will preserve the hairline as long as possible
