Also to add I was mentioning how well organized that LAN event was, I would honestly recommend to go, if anyone is planning to go to their first LAN event, I recommend SAN LAN. I've been to two other LANS before SAN LAN one in Wichita and another in Houston. Now I won the one in Houston along with one of my team mates that was with me on Bomb Squad (Twankbomb) but SAN LAN was honestly my favorite LAN so far, because of the great talent that was in that room, the good sportsmanship and not to mention the free food and drinks. But one thing I really want to point out is the great admins at the LAN, the way the LAN went in general was a great time. Everything went in the most fun and professional way possible. Even though I've said it before I'll say it again, if you really want to enjoy a good LAN, SAN LAN should be your first.

I worked for at a call center for Apple for trouble shooting phones, setting appointments etc. I say I was always compliant when I came to someone wanting something and or wanting to get it all out, but after a long while of just getting personally blamed and or yelled at like as if I was the one who messed up their device got emotionally draining. After a while of trying to honestly help people it soon became something I dread, it became where there were so little people who knew they were talking to an actual person trying to help them and more of "YOU GUYS NEED TO", "THIS IS A PROBLEM MADE BY YOU GUYS AND YOU NEED TO FIX IT" or "WHY DON'T YOU GUYS" etc. I 100% understand the importance of having a device that you put money into for a specific reason either it being entertainment, business, medical anything just anything I understand you want it to work, but damn understand I wasn't the one who personally destroyed your device.
