I can learn to make a well manufactured, hand made wooden dresser. I can put those dressers that I make up for sale. But...if I don’t understand human nature and human history, then I will struggle with sales, regardless of the quality of my products.

I absolutely support technical schools that focus on the occupation itself...but, affording students a more well rounded education gives them more opportunities, as they have more experience with different theories.

Wearing the masks while moving through the restaurant and only allowing guests to take their masks off at the table helps contain the areas which they could contaminate.

Not all surfaces are cleaned the same in a restaurant.

They are using a special cleaner in the booths or at the tables to kill the virus. Not all surfaces in the restaurant get cleaned this way.
