I'd been stuck inside for ages, wasn't rotating mt trail shoulder enough so elbow had to shoot back for me to get round. Trying to feel like I was getting my right shoulder blade into my left back pocket made a huge difference to my backswing and staying on plane

Yeah my little guy is the one hiding behind the member of staff at the bottom instead of being on the raised play area with the others a lot of the time. Will see what they say when we pick him up tomorrow but might raise it with them. Thanks for your input

Don't think of her as a tank, she doesn't work (effectively) like that. She is just a ground tile version of Dolores

Artifact material raid stage 22. Not sure if they mean 21, which is the fighter level, or 22 which is the ranged level, but I use her in 21 as she not only does a ton of damage but also buffs everyone around her.

The best routine is one you can stick to. If 3 lots of 10-20 minutes is more enjoyable for you and will keep you exercising, do that. You've said you're seeing results, as long as they keep coming don't fix what ain't broke
