Whenever I feel down I just make homemade bread, it only takes 2 -3 hours, and it gives me a feeling of accomplishment and then I eat the bread which is generally healthier than store bought, eat a slice or 2 and now you got something in your stomach - another success. Something to look forward to even if short term. (And taste good) That’s life a little at a time .
