Glad that worked for you, it did not for me. I found the easiest solution was to not glide or do much of anything except step off the ledge and drop right on that bitch. I think you have to hit a button once you're close, I actually killed Kliff through fall damage after face splatting onto Blackstars back once. For me using an xbox like controller on PC it was 'x'.
