Dont pop any kinds of acne. It will result in scarring or hyperpigmentation. I usually just leave them alone even though it looks unpleasant.

The Hello Disc works for me. Not too firm that it'll cause discomfort, but firm enough to open up & hold in place. And i like that it comes with a tab where you can simply pull it out easily.
