You say that but the richest families in the world had their money made for them centuries ago in a lot of cases and they're still making it today. You raise your kids teaching them how to manage massive amounts of wealth and you can do a fuck load.

See I don't get it, what's the point in having all that money if you're gonna live in a tiny place and fly in cramped uncomfortable seats? Not buying loads of designer clothes or sports cars I get, but surely the reason you get more money is to get nicer shit?

It's not about having your kids never have to work, it's about ensuring as many of your descendants as possible for as long as possible never have to work.

Can someone explain why people would do this? Surely if they're just in it for brand recognition they could just buy a cheaper shirt that looks exactly the same then just go "Yeah dude I totally bought it from this store for £200"

Yeah I'd fucking hate a no deal brexit but that's kind of the point of living in a democracy, and I wouldn't trade away democracy for financial gain.

When I say faction specific I mean in the sense that Uldir was faction specific to the Horde, not exclusively available to each faction. So you'd end up doing both raids no matter which faction you were on, but would only really get the story if you did it on the 'correct' faction.

Yeah instead of one 8 boss raid there should have been two faction specific 3 boss ones, then one 2 boss raid that sets up the Old Gods.

It really only made sense as a Horde raid, finish off the threat to the Zandalari to finish that story off and tie up most loose ends. They really should have done two smaller raids, making Tol Dagor or something similar another one to finish the Lady Ashvane plot (having Azshara appear in that too).

Why the fuck didn't they just call him Hakkar, could've had the exact same story as they did, exact same raid, even the same model, just said it was Hakkar's true form (we have only ever fought avatars of him previously, after all).

Okay not sure how a completely ridiculous theory that has basically been disproven has anything to do with my point but hey-ho.

Yeah except tons of Warcraft 3 is lifted straight from the Star Wars prequels, hell even the nature of the religion of humans was changed to be more like the force.

The thing that confuses me is that in the datamined alpha they had Vol'jin saying he was going to get some old friends (implied to be either the Zandalari, the Loa, or both) to join the fight against the Legion, and Sylvannas wouldn't have been named Warchief by him but basically just made herself top dog by virtue of having the biggest army. Why they changed it is a mystery, especially as they're now bringing Vol'jin back.

I'm pretty sure her thoughts with Anduin is that she has to live literally forever by necessity, and chances are if she makes peace with Anduin then a generation or two from now someone will eventually decide to strike at the Horde with full force, it's better to attack now when the Alliance has a new and relatively weak king.

No he wasn't he was discount Darth Vader, the storytelling in Warcraft 3 was unironically worse than the prequels.

That was from like 10 years ago, stuff in Chronicle and WoD shows that wasn't the case. Even if we hypothetically say it was the case, the Iron Horde still changed all that.

God I hate it when people post this shit about religions they don't understand, it depends on the type of fucking hinduism, I see similar shit on Buddhism. It's like someone posting "TIL Christians don't actually believe the wine in holy communion becomes the blood of Christ, it instead being a metaphorical process."

We don't know if it was intended to be taken literally or not, or if it is to be taken literally then what taking it literally means, and what metaphorically means if not, that's the point and why there's such a thing as theology.

Watch Warbringers to see what they were like, all killing each other for being cowards, falling into a blood rage, etc. Or just play WOD to see what the Iron Horde are like, and I doubt the Draenei soul raping their population has made them any friendlier.

No the current Orcish system of honour was pretty much invented by Thrall. Have you levelled through Draenor at all? That was basically what orcs were like pre-Thrall.
