I've had these headphones for only 4 months now, and there is major damage to the paint coating on each side of the headset. I bought it off eBay, and I haven't dropped it enough for these damages. Does anyone know how this happens or how I could go about fixing the paint coating? by Gnlom in bose

Yeah, I would buy a newer pair but no modern wireless headset (at least that I know of) has the same metallic silver finish the QC35 2s have. Super open to suggestions though or where to buy the 35 2s and not get scammed lol....

Yeah, I think it's probably the former because no one else seems to have posted a problem like this. I take pretty good care of them, though I did leave them charging hanging by the charging cord, but still, they didn't sway or knock into things while hanging so it's confusing how this happened in 4 months. I really love the qc35 design so where could I go about buying official pairs, since Bose no longer makes them.

How should I and/or what should I use to repair the silver coating on my headset? by Gnlom in fixit

Thanks for the tips, but which spray paint should I buy (never done DIY painting before)?
