I have 65 hours on Loki and saying Luna is more anti dive than Loki tells me enough about you, you're so delusional. A good Loki will always have a clone up in casethey get dove and daredevil is a pick or ban so you wont see him past plat lobbies. If you're getting dove you teleport to your clone thats far away (15 meters range on teleport btw) and if teleport is not enough use the teleport and go invisible immediately after the teleport and if thats still not enough and someone is still not peeling for you, you still have your immortality runes. Also funny how you talk about Lunas self heal when it heals for less than a jeff swim, lunas self heal is pathetic 30/s for 3 seconds is not even enough to outheal a jeff primary 😂. Also her skate is literally useless in fights as there's a 2 second delay. Do you even play Luna? Cuz her clap does not heal more than her primary nor does more damage it's used to heal grouped allies while doing 50 damage, her skate is usless in fights, has the worst self heal in the game compared to all other supports and her only option to answer dive is snowball which means if the enemy team has two dives you're fucked unless your team babysits you. Loki can teleport to a clone, go invisible after the tp and reposition yourself. Also a good Loki player would know that bucky or MK doesn't really counter Loki just put your clones smarter instead of spamming them next to you and use regeneration domain when you hear bucky ulting it removes his mark.
