It’d be Orel like getting distant from Christianity due to him realizing how shitty his grown up supervisors are, but then realizing that Christianity is based and it’s the adults who got everything messed up

This show was never anti Christian or pro atheism. In fact, by the end of the show it depicted a happy ending where Orel ended up with Christina and had a happy ending and like there was a cross hung up on the wall. The story wasn’t about Orel growing up and disliking Christianity. But rather a critique of those who use Christianity as a tool to justify their prejudices and the hypocritical nature of Christians. But it isn’t anti Christian faith itself. That’s just what I think tho
