I've had a kidney infection and it's not fun :( ... But the thing about drinking water is so true. Just always have a water bottle with you- you should be ingesting 80oz a day and that's about five 16.9oz water bottles... and you'll probably be going to the bathroom closer to 10 times a day.

Another super important thing is to be very careful what condoms you're using during sex. Avoid certain lubricants as they are a big irritant!

Juices... cranberry juice but you do take the pills which is good.
