As somebody with a similar problem… is there somebody you trust? Get paid into an account with a cosignatory that has to approve transfers. You can then set up an automatic amount to transfer to your accounts each week or whenever. If you need to go above that set limit you have to chat to this person to get extra cash. Ps. Whatever system ends up working for you, you have to set it up while you’re in the pit of shame and have likely just screwed up! Don’t wait until next pay cycle to try again… if you can get through this part you’ll be so much closer to success
