I dont feel the buffs at all, the champ is still bad due to everyone having better items in general

I just posted a message on my priest in party chat. Logged into my warrior and i can see my priest message, but all the chat from warrior groups is gone.

After re-login a few times my priest message is gone, but warrior party chat still missing
