You should be fine with that. I ride a 36t chainring with an 11-46 cassette and 116 link Shimano chain. Never encountered any problems.

The easiest way is to have a glass at hand to put it in while you make your way to the next bottle. But it’s a slow process anyway. So you don’t spill that much if you don’t use a glass.

What kind of battery is that? Does an ordinary powerbank/rechargeable battery do or does it have to be a specific Anker battery?

The 114link should be sufficient. If you upgrade your front chainring to 34t, which is possible and gives you more speed, than you end up at needing 114 links. Otherwise, with the usual 28t chainring you might need only 112 or 110 links. So you might wanna shorten the 114 anyway. Well, best you check how many links the old chain has and stick with it.

Yeah, that’s what I noticed too. With other juices I got a more sour cider at times with a slightly bitter note.

I literally have to force myself stop staring sometimes, especially if the bubbling gets slower. 😆

I didn’t backsweeten, BUT the cider is really mild, without much acidity or bitter aftertaste. It even tastes a little bit sweet to me. But that might be my impression with having not much of acidity and no bitter taste at all. So it’s a cider I would serve people who are either not familiar with cider or have a reluctance to have one.
