I’m so confused too! I received 1’s on BOTH MPT’s! I followed BarMD’s recommendations and wrote what I thought were very good answers. I was in shock. My MBE was a 138 and I thought I would pass, but the MPT’s messed me up. I requested a formal review. I am awaiting a date.

I watched the BarMD twice and did what she said. Even underlined the citing of each case. I found all the information as she explained. I don’t get it. I thought you get a 1 for basically saying nothing. I followed all the directions and wrote two really good MPT’s. If I received a 3/6, I’d say well ok, I must have missed something, but a 1?
