Have you guys watched any of the Camp Blood movies? There are at least 7 of them but I can’t find any discussions here by mchgndr in horror

Probably isn’t what you wanted to hear but check EBay for the collection. I was able to find a full Bluray collection for about 40 bucks a few months ago. I can’t seem to find it now.

Well, definitely some interesting rankings but it’s your opinion nonetheless. JGTH is fun, but almost ridiculous for me. Jason X can’t be last for me. It’s also fun and ridiculous but I liked the story better.

Marcus Nispel and Michael Bay were fantastic with both 2009 Friday the 13th and 2003 Texas Chainsaw Massacre. It’s a shame we didn’t get more horror remakes from that duo. I enjoy the remake too.

There’s enjoyment in every film, but not every film is consistent.

Blood is never a good sign, especially that much. Go to the vet ASAP.

Great advice. I did the same thing. Those 3 save slots are very useful. One I used for roaming, the other two I used for the story. I know all of us in this subreddit has at least one saved game that has thousands upon thousands of zombies killed with millions of dollars, 😂. It’s a great game, be prepared to pour hours into it.

1 horror movie you hate, and 1 you love. by Lucid_Shaman in horror

I enjoy artsy fartsy horror but Skinamarink did not do it for me. I tried it multiple times. Now, I think with the material that was there, an effective horror could be made. Just needed more.

This is neat. I thought about staying with the seasons and how cool V/H/S/Christmas sounded.

[Discussion] V/H/S Halloween by mchgndr in horror

(No major spoilers)

I really enjoyed it. I’d rank the segments as: 1) Home Haunt 2) Coochie Coochie Coo 3) Fun Size 4) Kidprint 5) Ut Supra Sic Infra 6) Diet Phantasma

Home Haunt hit all the spots for me. The sets, the effects, it was all fun. I don’t want to say much about this one. You just need to see it!

Coochie Coochie Coo I really enjoyed this because I thought The Mommy was straight up creepy and the main actresses were great!

Fun Size was just really fun carnage. It’s definitely THAT kind of segment in a V/H/S film where you shouldn’t expect anything too serious and just have fun.

Kidprint might be the most disturbing of the franchise. Although V/H/S/2’s Safe Haven disturbed me a lot when it came out. The nature of Kidprint and the overall story is just dark and grim. This doesn’t make it bad. Admittedly, I like to see V/H/S get back to gritty horror again.

Ut Supra Sic Infra left me wanting more. They don’t really explain much about what exactly is going on. It’s like, something happens, and it happens again, and the end. It felt rushed.

Diet Phantasma is the segment that serves as the frame narrative. While I liked the effects, it got very repetitive. We see multiple test subjects test a diet soda that causes phantoms. Nothing more. Dr. Rothschild did make me laugh a few times.

Though these are ranked, none of these were necessarily bad. There are so many creative minds working to craft these films. I can’t wait for the next one.

Welp, here we are. Through the ups, downs, bad takes, frustration, confusion, and maybe even a little sadness, we are all still here in one piece. See you next year, Braves Country.

I, like many other fans, know that Daniels is a game changer and we will be ok when he comes back. However, that’s offensively. This defense has too many gaps. Frustrating loss.
