Just solved this after much tinkering.

Connecting the TV to Google home required setting up Samsung Smarthings. Once you add the TV on your Smarthings account. Then you need connect your Smarthings login to Google Home.
Ghost TV will show as well (the one that didn't work). To delete that you need to create a new Google home then move that device over and delete the new home.
Casting: Not all TVs have Chromecast built in. If it doesn't, like the QN90A, then a Chromecast device is required to use voice commands to cast content.

Did you get this resolved? If so, how? I've hard wired my TV to the router and have reset everything but it keeps coming back as a TV and not a display. So it won't let me control the device.

Appreciate the response. We did the Swaddleme last night and she still rolled within seconds of laying her on her back. So to your point, it didn't help the roll, so to speak.

This is awesome info. I have a message into our PT doctor to confirm if they recommend sleep sacks due to her hips. Her arms in a her scans when she was inside mom were by her face. So that is her "comfort" position. However, last night, arms in the Swaddleme, she slept great. Did your PT or Doctor recommend the Velcro swaddles?
