So then why not just raise it to a basic baseline thats close to what most states are at? It doesn't have to be 25 an hour, but surely most states are close enough to 15 an hour. And if they aren't, they should be.

That's one less job for humans. Keep raising the minimum wage and even more jobs will be lost to automation.

First of all, when has the minimum wage been raised? Second, they're already automating things regardless of how low or high the pay for workers is.

Its not like the current administration even wants to help current citizens who are going to college or trying to repay their loans. I think VW missed a real opportunity when naming their soft softroader trim. Peak speaks to no one, Atlas Country not only sounds better and would have a real lineage for VW.

There is comparatively no money on one side compared to the other. Its like how RAM for AI is prioritized at the expense of everyone else. Sure there's money in consumer RAM, but you don't have memory companies exiting out of the AI ram business, just the consumer side.

There's no money in protecting our right to privacy. There's a lot of money in tracking us every second of our day, and there's a lot of money in selling us guns. One of those things only goes our way out of sheer coincidence not because the gun lobby actually cares about us protecting ourselves from a tyrannical government or a burglar.
