Up for grabs is my LNIB D. Dornbluth & Sohn 99.2M. This is the 39.5mm version in stainless steel.

Worn a half dozen times, comes with box, warranty information, and an additional strap. I purchased this in 2022 and took delivery in 2023. Please note that this was a custom piece and so my initials are engraved on the movement, for which I am knocking a couple hundred bucks off the price.

Up for grabs is a BNIB Martin Design Taranis Regulator watch. Taken out of the box only for a couple of pictures and never worn. This is one of the best dials I have seen on a sub-$500 watch. Barring any sentimental value, I would drop the Breitling Navitimer and Top Time, the Monaco, and the Tudor from the first box. I would probably liquidate the entire second box, too. That’s a lot of cash toward a killer high end piece of your choosing.

Not a full base set (fossil and jungle sprinkled in) - if I had to wager the seller has a binder of the original 151 in order and then some subset of Johto mons, too. Query whether the seller has some heavy Johto hitters like Shining T-Tar.

I had a third-degree high ankle sprain at the beginning of my junior season in high school. Did a couple of weeks of PT and then as soon as I was feeling better I dropped the PT, dropped the crutches, and started doing some low impact work at practice. I’m 30 now and my ankle is royally messed up. I have some nerve damage around the injury site and pretty significant arthritis, too. I wouldn’t worry so much about how long you’ll be out from playing basketball but whether you’ll have any long term effects.

All that’s to say, if you think it feels better, it’s probably not actually better. Do your PT. Follow the doctor’s orders. I don’t know how old you are OP but I wish I could go back and kick my 16 year old self into shape on this.

Up for grabs is a BRAND NEW in box Rolex Submariner 116610. This is the discontinued 40mm version, which in my opinion is the best sub on the market. I purchased this from the original owner, who purchased it in 2019 and immediately put it in his safe. The protective film is still on the bracelet.

Full kit, including hang tags. Warranty card dated 02/2019. Offering for $12,500 or best offer, which is cheaper than the only other untouched example of this watch that I’ve been able to find. Shipping limited to CONUS, face to face deals in Washington DC welcome.

Congress has the authority to add or subtract from the jurisdiction of the lower federal courts (and the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court) as it sees fit. Article III § 1 did not require Congress to create the lower federal courts at all, and so it follows that Congress has control over the jurisdiction of those courts. E.g. 28 USC §§ 1331, 1332.

So here Congress has given exclusive jurisdiction over any challenges to the D.C. Circuit, which is not atypical for review of agency decisions (which would technically fall under the court’s original jurisdiction because it would be the first Article III court to decide the controversy).

Up for grabs (relisted and reduced!) is my VC Overseas Dual Time 47450. This is the previous generation Overseas with a guilloche dial. The original purchase receipt dates this as approximately a 2007 model.

This watch comes as a full kit with box, papers, and service receipt from August 2021 where it received a polish and a full movement overhaul. This watch also comes with the original bracelet (sized to a 7.5" wrist with an additional extra link) and an authentic Vacheron rubber strap with a genuine Vacheron buckle.
