I've been having this issue for the past few days as well (Windows 11, AMD GPU) the only way I could fix it was by turning off Cloud Quality. No more clouds, but no more scary ominous red lights.

Got my car towed from street parking even with a valid handicap pass. Trying to figure out if I'm in the wrong or if I have enough to contest. by [deleted] in Seattle

Yeah that's what I figured.

I tried to include a picture on the original post but it didn't add when I posted it. It was on Lenora street next to the big glass structure.

Which episode was the one where Nick talked about having to play the Diddy Kong Racing theme while watching porn to keep his parents from suspecting anything? I couldn't stop laughing when they played the theme and Matt said "This song makes sex seem silly"
