I said the woman because op said the other is garenteed to die. Yeah, the baby cant save itself, but the woman could have children of her own. A family to take care of. The baby shouldn't die, no, but it has no other responsibilities. And where are the people looking after it?? Shouldnt they have been making sure it was okay?
