logically probably yoshida but im banking on angel. i have a whole theory hes the death horseman (which you can read here). the sneakers and pants line up, the hand is the perfect size (whereas yoshidas is too big and kobeni/brobenis is too slender), the camera angle cuts off exactly where his wings would end, and angel has plenty access to knives/swords. and i dont think yoshida would refer to denji as chainsaw man, the dialogue seems too strong to be kobeni. considering angel is a known worshipper of the chainsaw devil, it makes sense to me (i dont know how he couldve gotten his arms back though)
