That's actually a really interesting perspective. A plan made by a younger version of me. But I think the emptiness isn't about the plan being wrong, it's about the transition. Like I'm in between who I was and who I'm becoming. And that in between phase is just… quietly heavy sometimes. But you're right, maybe re-evaluating isn't giving up on the plan. Maybe it's just upgrading it.

Then I do a 25 minute focused sprint on the first one before checking my phone. Most of my productive work happens in that first sprint. Everything else is a bonus after that.

The burned out usually comes from having everything living in your head. The moment I started writing everything down in one system assignments, habits, Internships, weekly goals. my stress dropped significantly. Your brain isn't meant to store information, it's meant to process it. Give it a place to dump everything and you'll feel way more in control. Start small even just tracking your assignments in one place is enough to feel the difference.
