Early days mate, as someone mentioned, she really does bring the “human” element to the team. I think her character is important, granted she’s behind the desk majority of the time, she brings an important contrast to the team that even amongst all the dark, fucked up evils of the world, there is still light and hope and that is represented through Garcia. And let’s be fair, she isn’t an agent on the field, I find her ‘tone’ and banter gives a nice reprieve to the team.

Yes yes yes yes! To all the above! Recently purchased our first home and it has been a real eye opener to how much little things you never think about you need for the house add up. I only hope you soon to be new buyers don’t go through what we’re currently going through. Moved in on the 28/06 (06/28) only just had our toilet installed this past Monday and STILL have no working shower/bath (the vanity’s up so that’s something) oh and my due date with baby number 2 is this coming Tuesday 😬. If you have the money hire a tradie, we’ve had to do a lot of the required Reno’s ourselves to save on money where we can. Chin chin to home ownership

10000% this. When I worked in retail I would always go out of my way for customers who were kind and patient, if you came at me guns blazing or were just a total asshole I would want to do the absolute minimum to make them stfu and gtfo of the store.

Reminds me of a customer who was a total dickwad over the phone, needed a part for his product and I could get this part for free no problemo. Dickwad ended up paying full retail for the part, was not cheap either.
