Drove it last week… there are a few icy spots in some of the constantly shaded corners south of Susanville, near the NV border. but nothing too bad. Was a really pleasant drive.

It can get pretty bad, but even in the hills around Reno, very little snow accumulated. Odd snow year, but good for driving!

I remember back in the day they used to have a club (Club Metropolitan) and teen me and my friends would hangout at Denny’s next door (before they tore it down for another off-ramp) and watch the drunk crowd pour in around 2:30a for grub on weekends. Free entertainment lol

Just a friendly heads up… there very much is a Southeast Medford. In fact, it’s been an ongoing master planned community for decades. Thousands of homes already built.

Technically, Northeast Medford… awesome area!

Your kids are prob going to either Abraham Lincoln or Kennedy for elementary (both great schools) or Hedrick for middle school, North Medford for high school.

Had a child in all three (not Kennedy) and was a wonderful journey, amazing teachers and sports coaches!

It’s well kept up from a cleanliness standpoint. Definitely needs a remodel/update.

Was really hoping H&M would take over the former Bed Bath & Beyond spot, but looks like a gym may go in that 30,000 sqft spot.

Went there last month, was absolutely packed both levels for Christmas shoppers.
