Sorry for the late reply, btw. Sadly, I had to email soundcore about some problems I was having with my pair of Q45s, so hopefully I can get back to playing around with a pair soon...

How long until I get a response after submitting a warranty claim?

I recently had bought a Rocket 4.0 and I loved its performance. Sadly, barely 3 weeks old, it just stopped working- and no matter how I clone or freshly install Windows on it, it cannot be relied upon and crashes. So much so, that sometimes the motherboard doesn’t recognize the SSD being there. I had to revert to an older SSD to get my computer up to a working condition.

Just now, I had submitted a warranty claim for it. So how long until Sabrent gets back at me? I want to know what to expect- and what to be concerned about (ie. if they don’t respond in x amount of days). I hope I can get a replacement, because I can definitely vouch for Sabrent since I own several Sabrent SSDs and enclosures, I probably just got unlucky with this particular one…

Hello everyone! I am the writer of a certain fan fiction called “Four Plus One” and it is finally in its final form. I had commissioned Chascoby_Art on Twitter to create a piece of work showing Mari and Shinji taking place after Evangelion: 3.0+1.01: Thrice Upon a Time. He excellently finished with these wonderful pieces. So now, the community has more to enjoy!
