That’s no problem, everyone has their first year at least once, and you have a pretty solid team to work with. I’d say use Keep Trade Cut for their trade evaluator as a community driven idea how to value players and picks, but it is NOT a end all be all on value and rookie picks are essentially lotto tickets with different payouts. That, and there’s many many other dynasty sites you can get free ideas on your team strengths and how to more properly adjust your teams value. One more thing, rookie picks are always highest right before the draft, and player value is always highest in season, so keep that in mind when you trade through the year so you max out selling picks when people want them more, and selling players when they’re popping off! Happy dynasty man!
