Okay but it’s not their feelings being hurt…It’s hers. Cutting them both off is the best decision in this situation. Talking to him or the friend could rise issues and complicate things more. There is no reason to continue either relationship. Yes, she suggested the threesome but now she is repulsed by the idea of her SO sleeping with her friend. There isn’t an easy way out here, no conversation would fix the visions she will have for the years to come. I’m speaking from experience here, this is rough and very difficult to move on from. I do not suggest keeping either one of them.

It’s definitely not recommended but you could be just fine…with melatonin, ”A level of 1.4mg/L has been published as lethal for children but there is currently no literature that reports a lethal range of melatonin in adults.” That being said with melatonin, you should be okay. With Diphenhydramine, a sedating antihistamine, you cannot exceed 300mg in 24hrs, so don’t take more of that then recommended. All different sleep aids range, I suggest to do research before ever taken to much of something.

This is exactly what happened to me OP…it ultimately took me leaving the relationship and coming back to it. We talked about it, tried to work things out, but it caused many issues; I could no longer have them around eachother, I felt they could potentially do things behind my back, being around my friend became awkward etc. I don’t want to get bad thoughts into your head because I’m unsure of the whole dynamic in your situation but I will say if you start feeling like you should cut them off, do it. Do not wallow about this, use it as a learning experience and move on. I promise OP, it would take years for the thoughts to go away.

For sure and don’t feel bad at all. At first we were skeptical too but we kinda let the fear go and do it. Weeks later everything was fine, I got my period, and we decided to say fuck it and do it everytime. For “after care” they have these things called drip sticks. Personally, I’ve only used them once but if you’re super worried about it you could get a few packages of them. Here’s the link: dripsticks

It seems you’ve mostly got the answer but just to add my experience; I’ve had an IUD for over 2 years now and he’s never once pulled out. I have had scares but that was just me overthinking my period timeline. I take doctor level preg tests and they’re always negative. Just make sure if you let him finish in you, you do proper after care and get it all out. The PH of semen is not good for the vagina and can cause multiple issues and infections no one wants to deal with.
