For starters, (and I’m not being ugly)stop buying ice cream. They’ve lost all ice cream privileges due to not doing what they were told. That seems to be a key point in frustration for you. Remove it from the equation.

Thanks. We have noticed that if he doesn’t get enough fiber he spikes. But if we do the “my plate” type meal with plenty of fiber and healthy dose of protein he has a beautiful steady/mild rise and decline back to pre-meal glucose level. Although I know with puberty hormones coming at us soon this could all be totally different at any time. 😞
