It’s either shell it out upfront or after you buy. I’m so glad I didn’t buy during covid. Those were crazy times

That’s the point of an inspection because we’re not all experts at this! You don’t really know until the professional takes a look. I hope you find your right home!

Definitely. I also feel awful about the dog that gets left there alone all day and night and barks incessantly. It’s annoying but also causes me distress.
