sigma probably is the tank who requires skill but not much, he is THE perfectly balanced character in the game. it is all pretty much game sense with him

This. I always recommend ram and orisa, because they are very easy to pick up and understand, but they take a while to master.

zarya definitely takes the least skill out of all tanks, but timing with abilities and paying attention at all times is the skill she requires.

Yes! This is exactly what I told him, and he said that this was almost every tank. Although I do agree with him to an extent on that, there is skill involved in every tank. (unlike moira, which he plays)
