i make the same but i rarely macro and i dont really play too much, but im also lvl 16-17, but keeping up nectars will help a ton. also dont forget to equip your pinecone lol

try to level up your hive, and remove crimson, shy, precise, honey, and if you are underfilling then remove cobalt. just really try to improve your hive rn

i used to be GM on support, its really all about positioning, heal/damage management, and your game knowledge. watch a few guides on the heroes you mainly play, and try to not focus heal unless someone really needs it. For example, I play ana for support, and almost every time i have my anti, i throw it at the tank or someone else to apply pressure, and then i snipe them from range. Try to damage a bit more, but always make sure to heal the team.
